We're currently experiencing problems delivering email copies of forum postings to some users. We're working with our service provider to resolve this problem as quickly as possible and will update this news topic when it has been resolved, but in the meantime if you've been relying on your email to get notification of new forum postings, you might want to log in more frequently and check the site.
Just to clarify, this is a problem that only affects forum postings that are delivered via email.
Thank you for your patience!

We've added a new wiki for help on getting around the SDCOA virtual learning site navigation. Wiki stands for "what I know is..." and is basically a way of collecting information in a collaborative way. We're using it to create some quick information and tutorials on using the SDCOA Moodle environment.
Click here or select "Site navigation help" from the home page. |

Some of you have been experiencing connectivity problems with WebEx.
I've opened a problem ticket with WebEx support but I'll need to collect some more information. Our expectation based on our experience here is that you should have no problems connecting to a meeting, and should never get dropped from a meeting, so we definitely would like to resolve any issues you've been having.
The good news is that session recording has worked reliably and we have all sessions available for replay, complete with chat questions (if they were addressed to all, no private chat questions are saved).
Please reply to this topic if you have experienced persistent problems and tell me: 1. What operating system (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X, Ubuntu) 2. What browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome) 3. Do you have a. Problems joining meetings (whether it's the first time or you're trying to reconnect) b. Problems staying connected - if you get disconnected, what's the maximum number of times it has happened in one hour? c. Problems hearing audio (audio sounds crackly or cuts in and out) d. Problems getting any audio at all 4. Who is your internet service provider and what kind of service do you have (public wifi, cable, DSL, dial up)? If you don't know, send an email from your home location (wherever you attend meetings from) to hgroover@ayurvedayogatraining.com and I'll be able to figure it out from your IP address in the mail header...
This will help me work with WebEx technical support to troubleshoot.
Thank you so much for your patience and we'll try to get this resolved as soon as possible.
